Terms of Warranty

Oleo-Mac axes are manufactured using advanced technologies and materials. They undergo rigorous testing to ensure their durability and user comfort in everyday tasks. Despite all efforts and strict quality control, errors may occur in the production process. Therefore, we offer a 25-year limited international warranty for factory defects, subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. This warranty is issued by Victus-Emak Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, ul. Karpia 37, 61-619 Poznań, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor).

2. This warranty applies exclusively to Oleo-Mac axes (hereinafter referred to as the Product) and is valid only if the Product is registered on the website register.oleo-mac.pl within 30 days of the purchase date, as stated on the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

3. The warranty covers only factory defects related to workmanship or material quality.

4. The warranty entitles the owner to free repair of the purchased Product, specifically the removal of factory defects occurring within the warranty period specified in section 5 below. Alternatively, the Product may be replaced with a new one, in accordance with section 10.

5. The warranty period is 25 years from the purchase date, under the conditions described in section 2 above.

6. This warranty is valid only within the European Union.

7. If a factory defect related to workmanship or material quality is detected in an Oleo-Mac axe, the claim must be submitted in writing directly to Victus-Emak’s Complaint Department at the following address:

The defective Product must be sent along with the warranty claim.

8. The written complaint must be submitted within 30 days of detecting the defect.

9. The written claim should include the following information:

  • Contact details of the claimant (name, address, phone number);
  • Information about the Product (name and serial number);
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice);
  • Description of the defect, including the date of its occurrence.

10. The decision on whether to accept the claim and the form of compensation (repair or replacement) will be made by Victus-Emak.

11. If the claim is deemed valid, the Product will be repaired or replaced within an agreed timeframe.

12. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Accidents;
  • Modifications or unauthorized technical interventions;
  • Negligence (e.g., failure to clean the Product after use);
  • Wear and tear due to normal use;
  • Use of the Product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose;
  • Exposure to prolonged external factors, such as weather conditions and sunlight, which are beyond the manufacturer’s control (e.g., color changes, rust);
  • Exposure to high (+40°C) or low (-30°C) temperatures;
  • Improper maintenance, including the use of acids or solvents as cleaning agents.

13. The warranty does not cover Products that have been repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons or service providers.

14. The warranty does not apply to Products used in environments that cause constant exposure to corrosion (e.g., marine, industrial areas, or continuous contact with water, chemicals, ash, cement, or dust).

15. The warranty is void if the Product is:

  • Used contrary to its intended purpose;
  • Handled unprofessionally or carelessly;
  • Used for professional, commercial, or rental purposes.

16. The Guarantor is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Damage or loss of Product usability;
  • Lost sales or profits;
  • Delays or failure to fulfill the warranty obligations.

17. The repair or replacement of the Product does not extend the original warranty period.

18. This warranty is an additional benefit and does not affect, limit, suspend, replace, or exclude other warranties offered by sellers. It also does not affect consumer rights arising from local laws and the purchase contract.

19. In accordance with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 133, item 883), the Guarantor informs that the submission of personal data required in section 9 is voluntary but necessary for processing warranty claims. By providing personal data, the Customer consents to its collection and processing by the Guarantor for warranty-related purposes.

  • The Customer has the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for personal data processing at any time.
  • The Customer may also request the termination of data processing in compliance with applicable laws.
